A bottle of Pineau of Charente or Local wine will be offered to you at your arrival!
From reception of your demand of booking, we shall confirm your rent by e-mail.
You will receive also, by mail or e-mail, the rental agreement.
Your booking of the Gîte is definitive only after reception of the signed contract and its advance(25 % of the rent).
